These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sendrix. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptable use
You agree to use Sendrix only for lawful outreach that complies with applicable anti-spam, data-protection, and electronic-communication laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your connected inboxes and for honoring opt-out requests.
2. Accounts & lifetime access
Lifetime access is tied to a single account and the plan limits in effect at purchase, including monthly verified-lead allowances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Fair use & sending limits
To protect platform deliverability for all users, sending volume and verification usage are subject to reasonable fair-use thresholds. We may throttle or suspend activity that threatens shared sender reputation or violates these terms.
4. Payments & refunds
One-time and recurring fees are charged as described at checkout. Our 30-day reputation guarantee is the sole refund remedy for the lifetime offer unless required otherwise by law.
5. Disclaimers & liability
Sendrix is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific reply rates or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
